It all started for me with a cardboard canister of Quaker Oats when I was roughly 12 years old. Printed on the inside of the lid was a recipe for Oatmeal Raisin cookies. I convinced my mom to let me try. I made that recipe as often as I could and started innovating on it. The rest, as they say, is history.
Fast Forward 18 years. After 6 years as an active reservist in the United States Marine Corps, and the birth of my first child, I was ready for a change. I was making things every weekend for my church and someone (lots of someones if we’re being totally honest) suggested a bakery. I took that idea to culinary school where my talents were refined and now…my own bakery!
Cuddles’ Confections and Catering is founded on the idea that no recipe is beyond innovation. We have our tried and true items, but we are ALWAYS looking to push to the next level with our products. Come and try our take on something old or experiment with something new. Your taste buds will thank you for it later!
